This Site is only for delivery of products to customers within Nigeria. Depending on your
location, all goods will be delivered within 3-10 working days. Users are responsible for bearing
the total product or service delivery cost.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales set out on our Site;
however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no
liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timeframes where
they did not occur due to our fault or negligence. You agree not to hold Us liable for any delay or
failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these Terms and
Conditions of Sale if the same is wholly or partly caused, whether directly or indirectly, by
circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You do not have the right to cancel the Contract when it is for the delivery of any of the following
three categories of “Excluded items“:


Excluded Items

  • Items that have been made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Sealed audio recordings, sealed video recordings or sealed computer software, once they are unsealed/unwrapped after you have received them
  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons (eg underwear, swimwear, earrings, hosiery, socks and fragrances), and that have been unsealed after delivery, or if the hygiene label is no longer in place.
  • You may handle the items to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning when you receive them. The items’ Acceptable handling is what would reasonably be allowed in a shop.
  • Items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and any labels or tags must be intact.
  • If your handling exceeds what is acceptable and the items are damaged or diminished in value, we may deduct from the amount we reimburse to you, or you may be liable to us for an amount equal to the diminished value of the items. Items sent with special packaging (such as fabric, bags, special boxes, suit carriers, and tie-dye items) or additional accessories must be returned with this special packaging or accessories in the same condition.

Non-Delivery or Abandoned Parcels

If we cannot deliver, your items will be returned to our depot. We will leave a note explaining
where your parcel is and how you can rearrange delivery. If you are not at the delivery location
at the time agreed, please contact us again to rearrange delivery for another mutually
convenient day. If your order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, or you have not collected it from the selected location (where your chosen delivery method was a pick- up point) we will contact you. If, after 30 days from the date when the order was made available to you, it remains uncollected or you refuse to collect it, it will be deemed to have been abandoned by you.

Risk and Title
The items will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the items will only pass to
you when we receive full payment of all sums due regarding the items, including delivery
charges, or upon delivery, whichever is later.

HR Stores Role as an E-commerce Platform

You acknowledge that:

  • HR Stores facilitates a buying and selling platform for Users and
    vendors, or HR Stores where HR Stores is the Vendor of a product;
  • the relevant Vendor of the product (whether HR Stores is the Vendor or whether it is a Vendor) shall at all times remain exclusively liable for the products they sell on the Platform; and
  • in the event that there is an issue arising from the purchase of a product on the Platform, the User should seek recourse by contacting customer support to make complaints at hi@myeazipay.com.
  • We commit to ensuring that information relating to products on the
    Platform is complete, accurate and up to date.
  • Where a User has a complaint relating to the accuracy or completeness of the product information, the User can seek recourse by contacting hi@eazipay.ng.
  • We do not warrant or represent that the Platform will operate without fault;
    or that the Platform or any service on the Platform will remain available during
    the occurrence of events beyond HR Stores’s control.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue or alter any or all of our Platform services and to stop publishing our Platform at any time in our sole discretion without notice or explanation; and you
    will not be entitled to any compensation or other payment upon the discontinuance or alteration of any Platform services or if we stop publishing the Platform. This is without prejudice to your rights in respect of any unfulfilled orders or other existing liabilities of HR Stores.
  • If we discontinue or alter any or all of our Platform in circumstances not relating to force majeure, we will provide prior notice to the Users with not less than fifteen (15) days with clear guidance on the way forward for the pending transactions or other existing liabilities of HR Stores. We do not guarantee any commercial results concerning the use of the Platform.

Complaint

We guarantee that all products listed on the Platform are of the best quality and are “as is”.

We understand that there are rare instances where you might complain about the products on
delivery. In the event that this occurs, lodge a complaint with our customer service at hi@eazipay.ng.

Every complaint will be addressed within 2-5 working days.

Returns and Refunds:

Returns of products by Users and acceptance of returned products by Vendors shall be managed by Us in accordance with the Return, Refund and Delivery Policy as may be amended from time to time.

Acceptance of returns shall be at our discretion, subject to compliance with applicable laws of the territory.
We may offer refunds at our discretion in terms of the Product price to your bank account or Eazipay Wallet.


Changes to our Return, Refund and Delivery Policy shall be effective in respect of all purchases made from the date of publication of the change on our website.

Notice of price fluctuations

We wish to notify you that due to the unstable exchange rate, prices displayed may not be valid at the time you want to purchase. Kindly reconfirm the current price of any product before placing order
